The Rowformer and Bikeformer are what makes STRONG unique. This allow for elevated heart rate by using the row or ride side (your choice), then transitioning back to the Pilates side. The result? One studio that delivers the benefits of pilates, strength, and cardio.

Each 45-minute class is programmed
intentionally through 12-week cycles that

I've never really been big into group fitness classes but wow have they swayed me. The work out experience: Amazing, I was sweating and in a good way. The exercises were fun and well directed and the instructor moved around the room to make sure everyone was completing movements correctly. It's not all about go fast then go home but more about the slow burn and loading and I LOVE that (plus it reduces risks of injuries). I love that post work out muscle soreness and I haven't felt it in a life time.

Sharp and sweet at 45 minutes yet, it gives the best burn 🔥 Instructors are some of the best in Canada with a huge focus on form so you nail the work on all the teeny-muscles as well, without injuring your body.
